Terms of Service

•Payment will be made prior to beginning a commission.•Artwork is not to be used for NFT's or sold in any capacity by anyone besides the artist.•I retain all rights to my artwork and may display and promote it as I wish.•The client can not claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork.•The client will be refunded if the artwork isn't finished for any reason.•Commercial work will be subjected to additional terms and contracts.•I have the right to deny a commission for any reason•Any client purchasing artwork will be expected to read the TOS and clarify over dm or email that they understand and agree to the terms.
